Day one ~VS~One day?

Day one or one day? It’s a powerful question that puts the control in your hands. Are you waiting for the perfect moment to start something new (one Day), or are you choosing to start today (Day one)? It’s a reminder that every journey begins with a single step, and the power to make that choice is yours.

Day One

This is the hardest Day of your journey. You will feel like you aren’t able to. Day one is often the most challenging part of any journey. It’s the moment when you take that first step, filled with uncertainty and doubt. You might feel like you aren’t capable of moving forward or worry about the challenges ahead.

This is the point where everything begins. Overcoming that initial resistance is the key to unlocking growth and transformation.

One Day

This is the Day that never comes because you keep pushing it back!

One-dayers are my favorite group of people because once they put their minds to something, they get the job done.

Storytime

Every April, my phone starts to ring nonstop, and I love it! Well, one year, I had a now-good friend call me. When I said “Hello,” she screamed, “HELP!” I’m ready to start my journey, but I’m scared.

Right away, I knew it was Winter, and she was ready to get her summer body. Ironic, right? Winter is ready for summer, like, so am I, girl.

When she called me, she said that she needed me to pop in on her and make her start my program, or she would keep pushing back her start day.

And I knew just what I had to do, so when she least expected me to come, I showed up at her door and said, “Let’s go!” I knew it was her lunchtime. She worked from home and had the same schedule since the day I met her.

Ten years later, she is still in the best shape of her life and always looks summer-ready!

Are you ready to embrace the struggle and make today your Day One? Tomorrow, you will thank yourself.

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. That is so true, Bella! I can proudly report that my husband and I still are doing the weight training at home, and I do body toning and yoga on top of it.

But, I know this problem from art projects. Whenever I want to try something new, I postpone the start because I think I cannot do it. When I finally start, everything goes fine … well, usually … not with the current art project. But that is another story.
