Saturday Fit Tip ~4 TIPS YOU NEED~

You have to do something strange if you wanna change!

Whether you’re just starting or have been on this path for a while, there are four crucial things you need to keep in mind to ensure success. These simple yet essential tips will help you stay motivated, achieve your goals, and make the most of your fitness journey. So, please take note of them and make them a part of your routine!

Fitness is rough

Living a fit life isn’t easy. Achieving a fit and healthy lifestyle requires dedication, hard work, and perseverance. It’s not going to be an easy journey, but the results are worth it.

Push yourself to the limit once a week

Keep your fitness progress going! Shock your body by pushing yourself to the limit at least once a week. This will help you break through any plateaus and continue to see the results you desire.

The slower you move the longer you’ll be able to sustain your lifestyle

By taking it easy with your exercise routine for the rest of the week, you’ll allow your body to recover and rejuvenate. Remember, it’s essential to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. So take a step back and enjoy a low and slow routine to help you feel your best!

While it may seem counterintuitive, moving at a slower pace can reduce the risk of injury, prevent burnout, and allow your body to recover more effectively between workouts. By taking the time to build a solid foundation of fitness and gradually increasing your intensity over time, you’ll be able to enjoy a sustainable, long-term approach to staying active and healthy.

Lastly but MOST IMPORTANT

The bottom line is, we all want to lead a long, healthy life. Therefore, we have to prioritize our diet and rest. It’s not an option but a necessity.

So, remember to eat well and rest well, as they are the keys to a healthy and fulfilling life.

  1. Your mention of moving slowly stood out to me. Slowing it down has taken on significant meaning in my dance, starting last year. I am enjoying the different pace and slower does not mean easier, I am learning but it is definitely richer.
