Can you become Fit-ISH in 30 days?

You might feel like you’re struggling and there’s no hope, but that’s not the case. In just 30 days, you can make significant progress towards being ‘fitish’! Remember, complete transformation takes time, but a dedicated month can kickstart your journey. And the best part? It’s simpler than you think.

But the first step towards your fitness journey is to ensure you’re mentally prepared for change. Your mindset is the key to progress. Also, consider your social circle; the people you spend the most time with can significantly influence your thoughts and actions.

Without further ado, here is the simplest way to get FIT-ISH in 30 days

  1. Get a workout buddy. You will both motivate each other on days you need it most
  2. Don’t overthink your new journey. All exercise is a good exercise; aim for at least 4-5 workouts per week.
  3. Mix up your workouts with strength training, stretching, and cardio.
  4. Focus on all your positive attributes. Focusing on the negative will keep you in a poor frame of mind.
  5. Stop comparing yourself to everyone; you are your competition: YOU ~VS~ YOU.

Remember this one thing

Quote on a pink background reading 'This month's choices are next month's body.'

There isn’t a right or wrong way to lose weight; the only thing that matters is that you are having fun and sweating! So, don’t worry about what others think. Just focus on what makes you feel good and enjoy the process.

While 30 days may not be enough to fully embrace a ‘fit’ lifestyle, it can certainly lay a strong foundation for lasting change. The key is to stay committed and, most importantly, to savor every moment of the process. Remember, the journey is as important as the destination, so enjoy every step you take towards your fitness goals.

  1. You know you are so right about not comparing yourself to others. I think we all do that a little bit, no matter our age, health situation, etc. I have always been hard on myself. Thank you for that my friend. Big hugs and love, Joni

  3. I like the part that says, savor every moment of the season. Bc many times we chase the outcome but when we for example have this nice body, we still want a “nicer” body, it always a never ending desire.
I have written a book teaching on the importance of the journey over destination, to gain mastery of the journey.

  4. It was for me a revelation when I found out that any kind of training is more effective when the process is enjoyed and not just got over with. I am trying to observe what happens with my body while I am exercising it. It is much more satisfactory to me.
