Did you find this post from here Look After Yourself? If not, click the link and read that one as well. But before you go, take a look below and discover five delightfully silly ways that you can use to find peace in your life.
Let’s face it: life can be so dull and serious that most of the time, it leaves us in search of a bit of humor. If this describes you, then keep reading! Here, you’ll find a light-hearted escape from the seriousness of life.
5 silly ways to find peace
1. Doodle Your Feelings: Grab some paper and colored pens or crayons and doodle your emotions. Let your creativity flow without any rules—draw silly characters, strange landscapes, or squiggly lines. The act of creation can be therapeutic and fun!
2. Random Dance Breaks: Set a timer for every hour, and when it goes off, have a 1-minute dance party. No one is watching, so let loose and move like no one’s judging! It’s like an instant mood booster.
3. Silly Voice Conversations: Have a chat with yourself or a friend in the silliest accents or voices you can think of. Embrace your inner actor and let the laughter flow as you talk about anything and everything in your newfound personas! It’s a guaranteed way to bring some joy into your day.
4. Vent To Your Pet: Sometimes, it feels great to vent to your pet. They don’t judge; they listen. It really feels good if you vent in a British accent, and your dog tilts his head and looks like he’s thinking, “What the hell?”.
5. Compliment Yourself: Write down the silliest compliments you can think of and recite them to yourself in the mirror.
You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

I practice #3. I usually talk in an accent or mix it up and speak in different languages. It’s fun to do.

Number 1 is my go to relax and chill out. Whether doodling on a bit of paper, the newspaper, or just drawing or doing a watercolour. It’s a great way to unwind and unplug from the digital, mad, mad, world sometimes.

This is delightfully quirky! A perfect reminder that peace doesn’t always have to be serious—sometimes it shows up in doodles, bad accents, and goofy dance moves. Love the playful spin on self-care!

These suggestions are quite the creative and witty way to express one’s self as a way to bring fun and excitement back into your life, whisking away the seriousness that tends to come with adulting. Sometimes we all need to find our inner child and let loose, without a care in the world.
The quote that I really like is,
“You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching, love like you’ll never be hurt, sing like there’s nobody listening, and live like it’s heaven on earth.” By William W. Purkey
Thank you so much for these amazing and creatively crafted suggestions. 😎😁🤩
This just gave me a great idea on my next blogging project. 😁👏🤩
