Look After Yourself ~It’s Friday~

Looking after yourself should not be done half-heartedly; you are the most crucial person in your life!

Every day is a triumph, and you should own that. Celebrate the fact that you’ve made it to another Friday; it’s a small victory that deserves recognition.

This Friday can be as beautiful as you allow it to be (within reason.

How are you looking after yourself this weekend?

As for me

I’ll be looking after myself by;

  1. Yelling like a crazy person at my daughter’s soccer game
  2. Welcoming my two college kids home for their spring break
  3. Waiting for an awesome new refrigerator to arrive
  4. Working out
  5. Drinking wine
  6. Going out to dinner with the fam
  7. OH, and, of course, falling asleep to a movie

Out of all the blogs out there, you’ve chosen to spend your time here, and I’m truly grateful for that!

  8. That sounds like a wonderful weekend, Bella! We have a warm weather spell right now and will work outside, me reorganising the terrace, my husband reorganiseing the sheds. And then I will spoil us with some nice food. The night frosts will return next week, but here and now we will enjoy the sun. ❤
