Getting fit is hard; if it were easy, everyone would be in tip-top shape!
Figuring out what works for your mind, body, and soul takes time, so don’t throw in the towel too quickly. Give yourself options and time. But if you feel like you don’t know where to begin, remember, I’ve got your back. I’m here to guide and support you on your fitness journey.
Here are five fit suggestions that can kick-start your fitness journey in a great direction.
Five Kick Butt Fit-THINGS
1. Dance Classes: Whether it’s hip-hop, salsa, or Zumba, dancing is a fantastic way to get your heart pumping while having a blast. Plus, you can meet new people and express yourself through movement.

2. Hiking: Take control of your fitness journey by exploring nature while getting a great workout! Hiking can vary in intensity, so you can choose trails that match your fitness level. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery along the way, knowing that you’re in charge of your adventure.
3. Group Sports: Don’t just exercise; join a local recreational league for sports like soccer, basketball, or beach volleyball. It’s a fun way to stay active, socialize, and enjoy some friendly competition. You’ll be part of a team, making new friends and sharing the joy of sports.
4. Yoga in the Park: Take your yoga practice outside! Many parks offer outdoor classes, and practicing yoga amidst nature can enhance your relaxation and mindfulness.

5. Fitness Challenges: Get a group of friends together and create your own fitness challenge! Whether it’s a steps challenge or a month of trying new workout classes, it adds a fun competitive edge while keeping you motivated.
Try these activities to keep your fitness journey exciting and enjoyable!
I’d love to hear about your fitness journey or any questions you might have. Let’s build a supportive community together!

It is hard to find the type of exercise that works for you. I love cycling, hiking, and pickle ball on occasion. I want to add yoga but I’ve keep finding excuses not to start! Onward…hugs, C
