I tried running and hiding from my bad diet, but immune compromised, debilitating pain, and depression made me adjust my lifestyle and since your blog, Belladonna ❤ my thinking overall has changed for the better! I still want a booty that can stop traffic 😉 … but now and thanks to your squats was just in the am’s but now pm’s … attainable ~ LOLOL Thank you !!!!! ❤

  2. Haha, you are so right, Bella! And in summer we have the sneaky icecream trap because i is so warm; and in winter we need comforts because it is so cold … 😉

    We are trying hard. Our diet is quite good being vegetarians, but the sugar is our worst enemy. We tried several times to stop completely, but it is simply too hard. Now we are on controlled quantities (I am controlling 😉 ). That seems to work better.

    1. Stella that’s the best way to do it! Controlled and balanced. I know I can’t and won’t stop eating sweets or comfort foods because, damn it I don’t want to. So balance it is!!! LOL

      1. Yes, maybe that’s more the problem, we don’t really want to stop. 😉
        I tried it once to stop completely, no refined sugars of any kind, no white flour etc., and I lost weight quickly, but ….. during the first week I was so irritable and had angry thoughts at a level that frightened myself 😀 😀
        On the other hand, I had a lot more energy. But it didn’t last 😉
