  1. great!….me, all true, but I keep getting reminded, just get out and do stuff….and do it outside, the results every time, every time, is running into someone, often someone I hadn’t seen forever….Wednesday, walked into my running room store for run club, and one of my former employees that quit and moved to England maybe 6 years ago, walked into the store…..I’m really good at really missing people…Morgan was an influence, always positive, and when she met a rich guy, married and moved off to England, yes she was an employee, but I still cried, a bit, inside…but just seeing and chatting (she developed an English accent) boosted those endorphins….but, well, always wonder, who will I run into next?
