Short and Sweet this weekend!

When it comes to working out, if you don’t have a lot of time, then do it for a short time. And in the meantime, say something sweet to yourself.

I’ll go first!

 I like the fact that I won’t give up on me. I may stumble, but I’ll never fall.

  1. I got these cards from Lulu I think during COVID, one for each day, a challenge, like today, and every Saturday, ‘practice grace shift your thinking, and Sukhasana/seated pose. doesn’t take long, but a good way to start the day
