Saturday Fit Tip ~Your Book Your Choice~

The ultimate satisfaction is deciding that this is the chapter I’m stepping out of.

We can choose which part of our story we want to rewrite or scrap the book all together and begin a new one. 

I hope everyone is having an amazing Saturday. If you didn’t do anything but take deep breaths and sit in silence today, then you did enough. Taking a moment for you is what we all need.

  1. Yes! It’s been a mix today, relaxing, walking around camp and Walmart I got over 5,000 steps- not the 2 1/2 miles I’ve been getting but not just sitting around all day either. Getting ready to head to South Carolina tomorrow!

      1. We are very boring so it’s a cream-ish/ off-white color in two bedroom and the sitting room. Only one wall of my bedroom has been painted peach. That is looks calming and good.

  2. first, if it’s okay I’m saving that amazing image….
    but yeah, Saturday…dad’s day to sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, yes clean windows, because I do that and make dinner….wife works, I’m retired why not..and for some reason that 6AM run this morning didn’t happen…I guess I’m taking a rest day
