Saturday Fit Tip ~If You DARE~

Welcome to Week 2 of the Fitness Challenge!

Over the last two weeks, I have received a fantastic amount of interest in this challenge. My heart is happy, and I’m so proud of everyone for taking a moment out of their day to look after themselves.

Why do so many of us view self-care as selfish?

We give so much of ourselves to everyone and leave absolutely nothing in the tank for ourselves, and then we wonder why we are depressed, angry, and quick-tempered. Not to mention bloated, tired, and second-guessing our purpose in life.

WE DESERVE TO TREAT OURSELVES BETTER!

You are worth taking care of; you deserve to be placed on top of the priority list. It doesn’t matter what anyone else has to say about it. You are the only one who gets to pass judgment on how you use your time.

Week 2 of the Challenge

This week I would love for y’all to repeat the last two weeks, and we are only going to add two more things to the list. Saturday Fit Tip ~ You Up For The CHALLENGE?~ Fit tip week 1

  1. When someone asks you how you are doing, respond by saying I am doing ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. And if you find that you can’t say this because it isn’t true, then figure out why and FIX IT. Turn your situation around by allowing positive energy to kick the ass of any negative thoughts.

Talk about why you are feeling negative, and then bury it! Life is a gift; treat it as such.

2. Here’s a BIGGIE! Dare Yourself to do something that takes you out of your comfort zone and then write about it. You can post it or keep it for yourself, but whatever you choose, you still have the option to leave what you did in my comment section.

I want to cheer you on and congratulate you for being daring!

I will share my daring adventure with y’all next Saturday. So, until then, I wish you all excellent health, happiness, and love.

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. just heard something that was amazing. one of our provinces just had an election, the man that one, indigenous, had a hard life and, was, well was given a second chance and turned his life around by just saying to himself, ‘ stop making excuses’ indigenous and a hip hop artist…as a leader, setting an amazing example…that’s so cool

  2. This is so true! I find that no one is meaner to me than myself. I would never say the things in my head to anyone else, so why do I say them to me? This is a great reminder to put a stop to this sort of thing.
