Saturday Fit Tip ~ You Up For The CHALLENGE?~

Because I miss being a trainer, I have a proposal for you!

For the whole month of October, I want us to meet right here and work as a unit to get in great shape mentally, emotionally, and physically.

When I was a trainer, I found that the Fall was the worst time of year mentally for the majority of my clients, and I could relate to that. Even though I love the Fall, something about it puts me in a mental slump.

I struggle mentally for two, sometimes three weeks, and suddenly, I bounce back better than ever. This slump started as a kid and stuck with me like an annoying fly.

But the best way to pull ourselves out is with unity!

It works more often than not, So here’s what we are going to do.

October Challenge

We have to set goals, so you know what that means. Yep, get out your pen and paper and get to writing down everything that you want to accomplish in October, and I am going to make sure you do just that.

Setting a mental goal is the most important goal you set!

WHY?

I’m glad you asked. Your brain is the driving force; if you are not mentally well, chances are you will struggle with everything else in your life. When you are depressed or frustrated with the cards you are dealt in life, you have a natural tendency to shut down.

When we shut down mentally, we can forget about letting positive growth in.

So, to begin this challenge, let’s force ourselves to open our minds and dare to work on us.

Goal for Next Week

  1. Write down five reasons why your mental health is worth fighting for
  2. Take one walk for 30 minutes
  3. Give five people a compliment
  4. Follow one new blog and leave a comment.

We will meet here next Saturday to discuss how we did and how we feel.

Wishing you all a fantastic Saturday!

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!
