Saturday Fit Tip ~REFRESH~

Today is a new day!

What you did or didn’t do yesterday doesn’t matter today. You can dwell on the past and keep reflecting on your mistakes. But that will get you nowhere. It’s time to hit that refresh button and let go of the past. We all make mistakes and stumble on our fitness journey but guess what? All hope is not lost. We have the ability to hit the refresh button on ourselves and begin a new journey.

Who cares if you didn’t get enough protein yesterday or if you indulged in too many sweets? Carrying yesterday’s worry/problem into today will prevent you from taking the steps you need toward positive growth.

Take the steps and leave the worry.

Whenever I have a day that doesn’t go as planned, I promise myself I will do better tomorrow. I finish my not-so-good day by drinking water, going to bed at a reasonable time, and making better health decisions in the morning.

How to start your morning

As soon as you wake up, and I do mean as SOON as you wake up, drink water. And keep your ass away from sweets. If you start your day with sweets, you will single-handedly ruin another day. So instead, look at healthy options that will give you energy and the ability to move. The way you start your day is the way you’ll finish it.

Hit the REFRESH BUTTON and be powerful today.

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. Feeling like you’re speaker directly to me Bella. The idea of letting go off past mistakes is very easy to say but it’s takes a while lot of courage to do it. I’m sure that if there was really a refresh button…it would have worn out already. I just love your mindset dear Bella ❤️

      1. I’m sure it’s true. Judging by what I’ve read during the little time I’ve followed you, you seem really positive and it takes hitting the refresh button over a million times to be so positive. I love you Bella ❤️❤️ if there’s something I want to be identified with, it’s positivity 😁

  2. I rarely eat sweets like cookies or cakes.

Instead, I eat the healthy sweets- fruits.

Apples, bananas, watermelon, pineapples, cherries, pomegranates, grapes, mandarins and so on- they are all sweet, juicy and delicious.

They are also very nutritious offering great benefits for our bodies❤

    Great post! Belladonna

      1. I forget that some may not be able to eat or tolerate too many fruit sugars depending on their bodies or health conditions, but atleast fruit sugars are better than refined sugars. Sugar is what makes things sweet that is why we sometimes eat too much of it 🌺🌺🌺

      2. Yes I have alot of clients that have too stay away from sugar orcan only have a small portion per day. It was so hard for them to adjust and it was painful to watch the withdrawal process.
