Mental Character Development Exercise

I’m so excited to share this exercise with you!

Participating in this exercise will force you to think of positive things or people. Unfortunately, our brains are always wrapped around negativity. We need to fix the way we think. This can happen if we take one day at a time and train our brains to search for the good. 

I long to be surrounded by good, positive energy! Our mental health should be top priority, without it we suffer greatly and will find ourselves repeating an endless loop full of misery and complaints.

Here Are The Rules

You have to use your name and list three things you love that begin with the letters of your first name.

      3. Haha. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that one. Oh, also There’s Something About Mary. I think that one could lean more toward just basic comedy, but I’m not quite sure of its actual category.

    1. Now this is a list!!!!!! Romans is one of my favorite books of the Bible.
      Yes this is difficult and forces you to think outside of what your box of go to’s. Love your list and shows that you are behind well rounded 🙌🏽💖
