I’m so excited to share this exercise with you!
Participating in this exercise will force you to think of positive things or people. Unfortunately, our brains are always wrapped around negativity. We need to fix the way we think. This can happen if we take one day at a time and train our brains to search for the good.
I long to be surrounded by good, positive energy! Our mental health should be top priority, without it we suffer greatly and will find ourselves repeating an endless loop full of misery and complaints.
