In order to change yourself, you have to LOVE yourself. Respecting where you are in your life is the most significant step you have to take to evolve. The day that you take a good look at all, your blessings are the day that you can create a better life. Being ashamed of the way you look and how much weight your carrying is the absolute wrong approach.
I’m about to ask you to do something that you may not want to do, but I beg that you do it anyway. I want you to go to your room and close the door and then strip down to your birthday suit and stand in front of the biggest mirror in that room. I then want you to name 5 things that you love about your body. Only kind words at this point. You have to remember that there isn’t any room for negativity if you want to make positive changes.
MOMENT OF TRUTH
After you have found those 5 things that you love, write it down and then ask yourself, would you love those areas even more if you tweaked it? If the answer is YES, then let me help you.
