Mental Health Check

It was a nightmare but it’s over now!

See you, January; I am so happy to welcome February into our lives. It has to be better than January.

It always seems as though the start of the new year offers a buffet of problems. There’s always one problem after another and zero answers. You have to punch your way through the month and hope to greet February with a warm embrace.

So, I hope we were all standing with our arms stretched out, ready to give February the biggest hug. And if you weren’t, then I hope you’ll be able to by the end of this month.

Every so often, I like to check in on my favorite people and see how you all are doing. And I want to remind you that it’s okay not to be okay. Whatever you are fighting through, you aren’t alone!

I’m always here!

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. January was a bit of a bitch, wasn’t it? Ugh.. So happy it’s over, me too.

I’m between “I’m doing alright” and “I could be better” but I have high hopes.

Hope February is kinder to you!

      1. Amen and I recieve that sis! Thank you so much. I feel so much better than last month. I had a few personal issues and also grieving for a few close friends that have lost loved ones. Death is just so hard, and it makes ya feel like a five year old helpless child.
