When you’re all caught up, let’s keep the summertime fun going with part 3!

Part 3 is the best because the hard part is behind you, and now you are ready to groove in your sweet spot. By now, you may have felt like quitting and reverting to your old ways. You may have slipped up once or twice, and that’s okay. This journey is not easy, but you’re not alone in it.

Part 3~ Week 5

1. Fitness Focus: Aim to increase your workout intensity. Incorporate one or two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions to really get your heart rate up. If you’re feeling ambitious, try a new group class or outdoor activity that challenges you.

2. Nutrition Nudge: Focus on whole foods! This means plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Plan your meals ahead of time to avoid last-minute unhealthy choices. Consider prepping some healthy snacks for those busy days.

3. Mindset Matters: Take a moment each day for gratitude. Reflect on what you’ve achieved so far in your journey and how you’re feeling about it. This positivity enhances your motivation.

Week 6:

1. Fitness Focus: Introduce strength training into your routine if you haven’t already. This could be bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or weights. Aim for at least four sessions this week, focusing on different muscle groups each time.

2. Nutrition Nudge: Hydration is key! Increase your water intake to at least 8 to 10 glasses per day. If you find plain water boring, add slices of lemon, cucumber, or mint for a refreshing twist.

3. Mindset Matters: Set mini-goals for the week. They can be as simple as completing all workouts or trying a new healthy recipe. Celebrate these small victories to maintain high motivation.

4. Social Support: Share your journey on social media or with a community group. Not only can this inspire others, but it also holds you accountable and allows you to receive support from a wider audience.

Remember, the aim is to enjoy this journey while staying true to yourself. You’ve got this! Keep pushing forward and relish the progress you’re making.

Summertime fine ACTIVATED!
