How you do one thing is how you do everything!
Commitment is the key to success in your fitness journey. If you’re only half doing something, then why do it at all? Let’s apply this concept to exercising and committing fully to our goals.
So often, people want to lose weight, and around the holidays and the first of the year, the number of “dieters” is insane. And more often than not, they do very minimal and expect BIG BODY CHANGES.
It’s crucial to remember that significant body changes require more than minimal effort. But here’s the empowering part: you have the power to make those changes with considerable effort. You are in control of your fitness journey, and your efforts will yield the results you desire.
Put your heart and soul into everything you do, and if you can’t do that, then ask yourself, “Why am I doing this?”
How you do one thing is how you do EVERYTHING!
Let this concept inspire and motivate you in your fitness journey.

For sure – big results are hard to commit to. But smaller goals will get us to the big results!

Doing a little all the time and keeping it up as your new lifestyle is the only way I have found. Diets come and go you need to live like you mean to on on and nver deny yourself a cheeky treat from time to time 😉

So true!! You can half one thing and go full on for another, need to go all the way, but slow steps first… 😆 consistency really is key

Yes, so true. Commitment is key to everything. I’m better, more consistent, with some things more than others. But I try to keep heading, even in baby steps, in the right direction most days. My commitment to mastering Portuguese grammar definitely could use a boost. 😆
