Welcome to Part 3 of our Fit Tip Series, a dedicated journey towards a healthier and more efficient life.

Do you ever feel like your best isn’t good enough? No matter what you do to please people, you constantly come up short and end up coming up short every time.

If you can relate to this, keep reading. If you can’t, keep reading anyway.

Life has a way of hardening you up; the things you tolerated in your youth are no longer a part of your life. I literally wish someone would even attempt to disrupt my peace. If you are out of my life, know I prayed for that to happen, and I’ll be damned if I fall down that dark rabbit hole ever again!

But don’t you wish that life didn’t have to harden you in order for you to know that where I’m currently at, I feel like I’m not enough? And the problem isn’t me, it’s you, so I’m out!

Ways to ensure that you feel like YOU ARE ENOUGH

  1. Focus on the positive aspects of your life
  2. Take time to reflect on your achievements and the impact you have on others
  3. Surround yourself with people who appreciate and support you
  4. Engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment
  5. Practice self-care and be kind to yourself

When you exude positivity and kindness, you’ll naturally feel like you’re enough for yourself and everyone around you.

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. Great points, Bella! It’s never my intent to hurt people but they get hurt. It weighs on me but it’s the best I can do at this point in time. I send love from afar and sometimes I even block them. I love you don’t look back.🩷

  2. growing up I always heard how good a skater someone else on my team was, or how amazing a ball player someone else on our team was……no matter how good I was, I always recieved more from team mates than from parents…..so yeah, I was never good enough
