Ready to have that healthy glowing skin?
Who doesn’t want glowing skin?
I remember a time when women strived for the matted face look, but times have changed. Now, the more you glow, the further you’ll go. This transformation in beauty standards is not just a trend; it’s a powerful reflection of our confidence and self-care, empowering us to embrace our natural beauty.
Don’t worry if you start an excellent facial regimen a little late in life; it’s never too late to start taking care of your skin. Every step you take towards healthier skin is a step towards a more confident and radiant you.
1. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and flush out toxins.

2. Follow a consistent skincare routine, including cleansing, toning, and moisturizing.
3. Protect your skin from the sun by using a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.
4. Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats to nourish your skin from the inside out.
5. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night to allow your skin to repair and rejuvenate.
6. Avoid touching your face frequently to minimize the transfer of bacteria and dirt.
7. Consider using gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover.
8. Manage stress levels, as stress can contribute to various skin issues.
9. Use non-comedogenic makeup and skincare products to prevent clogged pores.
10. Consult a dermatologist for personalized advice and recommendations.
I understand your interest in skincare and beauty, and I’m excited to share my knowledge and tips with you. Please click the link below if you haven’t read part 1 of this new series.

I agree with all your tips. Another that keeps giving is sweating on your face. I consider it cleaning one’s pores from the inside.

The “glow” trend finally caught up with me. Yay! As a glower, I quickly gave up on the matted look. We are who we are. 😊 Great tips Coach. 👍🏻

Thanks Coach! Glowing is a given when you live where the sun shines most of the time. I have quadrupled my water consumption since leaving the HS classroom, so that’s a win!

Oh the things you do when you are young and careless.

Great advice for glowing skin. Been doing this for 50+ years now. I don’t do everything perfect, but especially #8 is one I hone in on with my daily skin care regimen…reduce my stress levels. Thanks Queen B! 💆🏽♀️🛁👸🏽
