Happy Friday, my beautiful people!
What I’m doing to look after myself
I’m going to have a BIG GLASS of wine, eat pizza, watch a movie with my family, and cuddle with my main squeeze, and no, not Larry, my other man squeeze
Then, on Saturday, I’m diving into a craving I’ve had all week: Korean barbecue!
I would love to read about what all of y’all are doing to look after yourself today and this weekend. And keep in mind looking after yourself doesn’t mean you have to spend a lot of money or anything at all. A simple bath or a walk is just as good as anything else. You have to choose to do that one thing that puts your spirit at peace.
Wishing y’all a wonderful weekend, and I hope that you take a long walk, drink plenty of water, read a good book, love up on your family, and try something new.
Life is meant to be enjoyed, so live it up and take advantage of every minute.

This morning I am listening to The New Orleans Brass Band and writing. In the afternoon, I am going to my great grand babies birthday parties. I have two born in October.

I started the weekend with a slow cooker favorite – Beef Burgundy with friends, wine, a movie, my kids, and our puppy. Feels great!
