When I went to Maui, I said the beach would get what I gave it!

I refuse to put myself in time out because I didn’t lose a certain amount of weight before my trip is a NO GO for me. I have been in the fitness field longer than I haven’t, and I’ve learned that weight will fluctuate. And I am unapologetic about it!

Being comfortable in your skin is a win.

Holding yourself back from having a good time because of weight is a LOSS!

  1. I like healthy, fit as opposed to weight loss….there’s no such thing as one size fits all, The first thing I tell clinics when I get asked if running will help them reduce weight..my answer is to throw out the bathroom scale, and perhaps don’t look in the mirror and judge…

  3. Girlfriend, good for you! I am so happy to hear this frame of mind that you have embraced. No apologies needed and no guilt felt. 🤜🏼🤛🏼 I know you had the most FANtabulous time there. I didn’t want to leave when my husband and I went for a week for a late honeymoon/vacation there. Honey, you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t the “Cat’s Meow” as my mother used to say! 🤣😜😂 Thanks for sharing sis!
