Double Chocolate Chip Protein Shake

  1. One scoop of protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  2. One banana
  3. 1/2 cup pea milk
  4. 1/2 cup chocolate pea milk
  5. 1 TBS peanut butter
  6. 1 TBS of dark chocolate chips
  7. 3-4 ice cubes
  8. Blend
  9. Decorate your glass

Now ENJOY your delicious beverage!!!!

Substitution: Use any milk you like; this is just what I use

  2. Oh no, not the DOUBLE Chocolate Chip Protein shake. I forgot about anything healthy outside the peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. Yet, I never heard of pea milk??? 🥛🥛🥛 Only you Richard Simmons! LOL 😂

  3. Mmmm this looks goooooood! I LOVE chocolate and milkshakes are heavenly. I also need more protein but I hadn’t even thought of adding protein powder as I’ve never used it before. I spoke to the pre-op team yesterday about my current diet, if you can call it that as it’s pretty horrific, and they didn’t suggest protein powder either. I’m going to have to see if I can get some and make some milkshakes!
    Chocolate pea milk though… I’ve never heard of it 😂
