Double Chocolate Chip Protein Shake
- One scoop of protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- One banana
- 1/2 cup pea milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate pea milk
- 1 TBS peanut butter
- 1 TBS of dark chocolate chips
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Blend
- Decorate your glass
Now ENJOY your delicious beverage!!!!
Substitution: Use any milk you like; this is just what I use

I’ve never tried pea milk! What’s it like? We use oat milk.
I use oat milk too. Pea milk is a little thinner and doesn’t cause phlegm.
Mmmm this looks goooooood! I LOVE chocolate and milkshakes are heavenly. I also need more protein but I hadn’t even thought of adding protein powder as I’ve never used it before. I spoke to the pre-op team yesterday about my current diet, if you can call it that as it’s pretty horrific, and they didn’t suggest protein powder either. I’m going to have to see if I can get some and make some milkshakes!
