Double Chocolate Chip Protein Shake

  1. One scoop of protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  2. One banana
  3. 1/2 cup pea milk
  4. 1/2 cup chocolate pea milk
  5. 1 TBS peanut butter
  6. 1 TBS of dark chocolate chips
  7. 3-4 ice cubes
  8. Blend
  9. Decorate your glass

Now ENJOY your delicious beverage!!!!

Substitution: Use any milk you like; this is just what I use

  1. Oh no, not the DOUBLE Chocolate Chip Protein shake. I forgot about anything healthy outside the peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. Yet, I never heard of pea milk??? 🥛🥛🥛 Only you Richard Simmons! LOL 😂

  2. Mmmm this looks goooooood! I LOVE chocolate and milkshakes are heavenly. I also need more protein but I hadn’t even thought of adding protein powder as I’ve never used it before. I spoke to the pre-op team yesterday about my current diet, if you can call it that as it’s pretty horrific, and they didn’t suggest protein powder either. I’m going to have to see if I can get some and make some milkshakes!
    Chocolate pea milk though… I’ve never heard of it 😂

    1. Pea milk or oat milk is really taste and light. Please let me know if you try it.
      Scoops of exptr protienn is so essential for women. We need it so badly!!!
