We all have options. But for far too long most of us have chosen to do things that aren’t beneficial to our self-growth. But today, we are putting an end to that.
Today we are going to eat healthily
Today we are going to exercise
Today we are going to think positive thoughts
Today we are going to walk with a purpose
Today we are going to let all of our insecurities GO
Today we are going to dust ourselves off and get back up
Today we are going to win
Today we are going to face all of our demons
Today we are going to put those demons to rest
Today is our day to start on a new path
Today we will choose to look after ourselves by wanting better and doing better.

just in time..will do…my dad’s being moved to a different hospital, so stress, home with my daughter, her aid/garegiver was given the day off (when I’m with her she’s got go for walks and be active, well, because I’m her dad)…..and yeah, time to look after me as well….
