Young ladies, this is for you!
Over the past couple of weeks, I have listened to Paternity court while I work, and I am in disbelief. Unfortunately, this show can continue forever and a day because the sexual behavior of our youth is on a steady incline. They engage in sex at a young age and are sexually active with multiple partners.
Mama’s Baby
Ladies, you may not like to hear this, but WE can’t operate in the same ruthless, caveman-like ways as a man. When we have multiple partners and become pregnant, all suspicious eyes are on us. People will make snarky comments and state; “you don’t know who your child’s father is”, and truthfully you can’t be 100% sure.
How would you know the correct father if you were having sex with multiple men simultaneously?
As a woman, what you can be sure of is, you are the mother, and the child is mama’s baby!
Papa’s Maybe
The men are in doubt because they know the woman they slept with has also slept with other men. Therefore, their suspicion of not being the father is valid.
Now, these men may not be an angel their damn selves and have engaged in sexual activity with several women. However, their trifling ways can’t lead them to become pregnant. So they don’t have to wear the big belly around for nine months and endure the “who’s the mom of your baby” question. And then hear the unwanted snarky comments when they respond with “I don’t know.”
Unfortunately, having multiple partners will lead to the potential father saying, Papa’s maybe!
Poor Baby
The innocent, precious child doesn’t deserve to be caught in the middle of paternity battles, and there is only one way that we can protect them. Well, actually, there are several ways, but if you choose to engage in unprotected or protected sex, then make sure you are sexually active with one person.
Ladies, when we choose to lay down with a man, make sure you are choosing someone that is a decent man.
Choose a man that has more than sex on the brain
Choose a man that has a plan and working towards a better life
Choose a man with substance
Choose a man that treats you like a queen
Choose a man that is looking out for your best interest
Choose a man that will say that’s my baby
Don’t make your life harder than it has to be. You never want to say;
Mama’s Baby, Papa’s Maybe, Poor Baby!

When we were growing up, and we’re finally permitted to date…the firm rule in my parents’ house was one boyfriend at a time!! And he came over to our house and ‘courted’ on the living room couch 🛋 with all eyes 👀 on him. No funny business!! Where are the real parents⁉️
Girl yessss! My dad used to clean his gun while our “boyfriend” sat there sweating his behind off. No males were allowed in our bedroom and had to leave at a respectful hour. Those old school parents were not playing and did not try to our little friend. Time to bring that back!!! ASAP

This is such a great post! Somewhere along the way, women have stopped taking responsibility for their behavior and its consequences. And they are the ones who suffer for it! And, as you say, the children get caught in the middle and suffer for it, too.
