Mental Prison

You can spend your life behind bars without stepping foot in prison.

No cop has to arrest and cuff you for you to be thrown behind bars. You’re already there. You threw yourself in a cell and tossed the key.

You let unforeseen circumstances block you from your future self. You are allowing the things you could not control, control you!

When born into this world, we had zero control over our parents’ identities. Nor did we choose the environment in which we were to be born. On the other hand, some people just lucked out and were born into a situation that will help them live more abundantly. You can take that any way you like it.

An Abundance life may mean healthy, wise parents that provide proper structure, guidance, and support or born into wealth. Perhaps it means you had a copious amount of love.

However, dry your eyes and dust yourself off if you were born without some of the critical components that will make for a more leisurely start in life. You are in control now, and whatever you desire can and will be yours.

The first step you need to take is to tell yourself that the past was out of your control and no fault belongs to you!

Unlock your cell, uncuff your wrists and run towards freedom.

Freedom materializes when we embrace our current situation and permit ourselves to change it. But here’s the thing the longer you wait, the harder it will be to escape your prison.

Don’t allow one more day to pass and leave you in the same mental prison you were in yesterday.

You could have chosen to read any blog, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!
