That picture is so relatable to the point. It’s so true that we need to be careful who we give our energy to. I’ve learned this the hard way from giving too many people too much of my love and energy.

Something that I will never do again?
Well, not going to leave workout again.
Because, I really enjoy it and I love all the good things it is doing to me mentally and physically.
