If you follow this list, you will drop weight instantly!
Now that I have your attention, let’s talk about something important. I’m here to guide you on your weight loss journey, not to slap you… I think!
What have I been saying all these years?
What? Did you forget? Okay, let me recap. No, I’m not yelling;

I’m just talking a little louder because my frustration is high. Over the past few weeks, I’ve had several people contact me on Instagram, asking if I could help them lose weight before the holidays.
Listen, I get it; we all want to look smokin’ hot in that little red dress or the long, elegant ball gown you may be wearing to a formal Christmas party. However, I refuse to help anyone lose 20 pounds or more in three months.
Remember, the journey to a healthier you is a marathon, not a sprint. It is also essential to consult with your healthcare professional before starting any weight loss program. Your safety and well-being are my top priority.
12 Month Plan
Month 1~ Set all your realistic goals and aim to lose 1-2 pounds per week
Month 2~ Be creative with your meals and look on Pinterest for fun, healthy meals to prepare.
Month 3~ You’re going to begin to get a little frustrated with your journey, so start to look at other exercise options.
Month 4~ It’s time to kick your workouts up a notch and increase your weights, nothing drastic, just a few pounds.
Month 5~ Reduce your sugar intake and up your bedtime.
Month 6~ You are halfway there, and now it’s time to reevaluate your goals. Ask yourself if you should make any changes.
Month 7~ Increase your workout time by 5 minutes. It may not sound like much, but trust me, an extra 10 minutes of cardio or weight training will make a huge difference.
Month 8~ Choose one day a week that you would like to fast—only water and a limited amount of movement.
Month 9 ~ Adjust your plan of action, no more time. Up your intensity and even consider hiring a personal trainer for that last push.
Month 10~ Book a few appointments for spa treatments. Such as massages, hair styling, and began looking at new outfits.
Month 11~ Eat foods that would usually give the ick but are packed with nutrition.
Month 12~ Start looking at your future and adjust your plans accordingly for the following year.
After 12 months, you have created a new lifestyle and your body is ready and waiting for you to keep going forward.
And yes, it is just this easy, don’t overthink it!
You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

C’mon Belladonna, 20 pounds in three months. I was thinking 20 pounds in one month. Ha, ha. You mean that’s not possible? Ha, ha. No I get it. Thanks for the plan. Makes a lot of sense. Now I got to stick to it!!

I am trying to lose 1 kg per month. But, since I had the large weight loss some years ago, I am having difficulties (over a long time, until 2023, I went down from 94 kg to 78 kg. Now I am 2 kg up again, which I am determined to lose again before the year ends). The best way for me to lose weight is walking. But since my husband had his health problems, we are not walking so much anymore. We made the decision today though, to walk as much as he can on no fitness training days. Avoiding sweets goes up and down depending on our mood.
Sleeping and drinking enough water remain my weak points, although I improved the latter.
I wouldn’t mind to come down to 75 kg or even 72 kg, for which I maybe need two more years. This year was difficult.

I am so glad you are giving yourself time to make the changes and setting realistic goals!!! Eating, sleeping and drinking water are the most important factors in weight loss. Exercising comes 4th but it seems like you know that. I hope your husband feels better and gives his body a little grace! 💗

Thank you for the god wishes, Bella! I am afraid my husband might need another stent in the near future, it is not as it should be. But, to say it with Bob Marley: Everythings’s gonna be alright! ❤

I like this. It is sensible. How would you lose 20 lbs in three months? Get seriously ill? Doesn’t sound doable to me.

You be surprised about the weight people would like to lose in a month.
