Mental Health Check-in

Hey! I’m just checking in on how y’all are doing mentally these days. It’s imperative to take care of our mental health. If you feel comfortable sharing, I’d love to hear how you’ve been feeling. I’m here to listen and support you in any way I can. 

How have you been feeling lately?

Are there any particular stressors or challenges you’re facing? 

Taking a moment to reflect can help you identify what you might need, whether it’s some self-care like a walk in nature, talking to someone, or even just taking a break by doing something you enjoy.

Life is full of twists and turns, and a lot of situations are out of our control. And when one bad thing happens, plenty more rough times are lurking around the corner. You know the saying, “When it rains, it pours”!!

Praying that everyone has someone to lean on, but if you don’t, YOU DO NOW.

  1. i’m feeling great! (sun was out … went for a long walk with my husband, did a little spring clean-up in the garden, yoga after dinner). blessings to you, Belladonna. wishing you well ❤

  2. I am struggling. Outside of work I am great. I currently work as a soical worker and there is no compassion for damage to people’s menta health. I do take mental health days, but it only helps for a short period of time. Thank you for asking.🥰

  3. In Celebration of Women’s Month – The Ladies (at our church) are ‘preaching’ on Sundays in March.
    We had our first female speaker yesterday…and Sister Tina set the house on 🔥 💥☄️ therefore, I am feeling refueled, and refreshed🙌🏾🙌🏾
