Fit friends can be the worst. They want to split a donut among the three of you. They order off the low-calorie side of the menu and give you the side eye if you venture off.

If you wish to drink that glass of wine, DRINK IT
If you want that cake, EAT IT

We have to stop feeling guilty about what we eat, and the best way to do that is by exercising regularly.

We have to practice not caring what people say about us while we are stuffing our faces with desserts.

I’m seriously starting my diet (for the 100th time) tomorrow with my older son, and we decide today – we are going to splurge. We had donuts for breakfast, and we’re having burgers for dinner for our final “tasty meals”. ha.

Cake and sleep sound perfect right now (lol), but I enjoy my workouts more with some rewards. I don’t like eating out with friends anymore and kinda for this reason. I like food and flavor without someone’s nose all up in my space! or grubby fingers, and their judgy eyes! Awesome post Belladonna ❤ and so curious about last weekend! 😉 Hope the rest of the week is sugary sweet with all the treats!
