What is big back energy?
The term’ big back’ is a slang term that can refer to the size of someone’s upper body or their eating habits. It can be used to describe someone as overweight or to describe how much food someone eats. The term originated in Britain as slang for ‘big butt.’ However, it has evolved over time and is now commonly used to describe someone with a large back.
~Thank you, AI, for this us with this cringy clarification!~
While I love this term and use it a lot about myself, it’s important to note that using it to describe someone is horrifying and shouldn’t be done ever. Trolling and teasing someone over the way they are shaped, look, or anything else is childish and harmful. Let’s use this term in a positive and respectful manner.
In a more positive light, the term is commonly used to refer to your food choices, which are usually delicious, mouth-watering meals or snacks. In other words, it’s something that is PACKED with calories, but also packed with flavor and enjoyment.
Saturday Fit Tip
While this is Saturday, which is the day that I give my fitness tips, I wanted to do something a little different. Y’all know I’m human, and I love everything about fitness and food.
Life is about balance!
A day should not go by without you giving 30 minutes or more to yourself and eating food that will fuel your body. The things you eat, the amount of water you drink, and the amount of sleep you get are essential if you desire to live a long, healthy life.
When you make living healthily your lifestyle, you can and should allow yourself to enjoy some of your favorites in moderation. If you do this, the desire to overindulge in the things you deprive yourself will lessen. Not to mention that you’ll be happier.
So, what did we learn today?
Living life in moderation ~GOOD~
Getting rest ~GOOD~
Staying hydrated WITH water ~GOOD~
Exercising for 30 minutes or more a day ~GOOD~
OCCASIONAL BIG BACK ENERGY ~GOOD GOOD GOOD~

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

If somebody called me “big back”, I would think of my bum (it is still quite sizable 😉 ). So, thanks for the explanation.
Everything in moderation, yes, that is the way! I started “chugging” water, Bella, and I noticed that it is also good for the skin.
My British friends called us “foodies”, I wonder WHAT they mean 😉 😀 ❤
Have a beautiful Sunday!
