Fit Tip ~Challenge Time~

Howdy!

It’s time to join our vibrant community of health enthusiasts. I’m thrilled to announce that from May 6th to June 7th, we’ll be embarking on a fitness challenge together, offering support and engagement to bring out the best in you.

If you want to lose weight, I’ve got you covered

If you want to gain weight, I’ve got you covered

If you want to focus on muscle confusion, I’ve got you covered

If you’re looking for a cycle/spin challenge, I’ve got you covered

Here’s how the fit challenge will work

There are three phases that I’ll take you through

Phase 1

After our initial conversation, discussing your goals and exercise restrictions.

  • Take your measurements and weight
  • Then I’ll email you week one plans
  • We’ll do a check-in every Saturday to ensure that you are going in the right direction

Phase 2

This is my favorite phase because things are getting good. In this phase, we will test who you are, and you’ll get an idea of what you CAN DO.

“Final” Phase 3

This is the end of our journey, and during the beginning of this phase, I am going to kick your butt on a whole new level. My goal is to have you feel more substantial than you ever imagined.

Throughout all the phases, we will be smiling and speaking positivity into our lives. Well, words lead to a healthy mind and body. And so few of us actually practice speaking well to ourselves.

And that’s it! Trust me to create a plan specifically designed for you, but your food options are up to you. I can give suggestions ONLY for food and exercise. Consult your doctor and dietician for advice and to ensure that you are physically able to embark on this journey with me.
