Saturday Fit Tip

Before you mess this glorious Saturday up, I need you to do one thing!

Get up and do one impossible thing, or what you thought was athletically impossible. You’ll surprise yourself with what you can do if you change the way you think and choose to use different words. If you tell yourself that doing a particular exercise is hard or damn near impossible, then guess what? 

Yep, you guessed it, you’ll never be able to do it!

Mind over matter. If you think you can, then you will.

  1. I did it! I went to the store and bought a hose and a lampshade – and I only “accidentally” bought three shirts when they “fell” into my car somehow. 🤷‍♀️

  2. today is a day regretting raking grass and cleaning up our yard, spring cleaning, allergies are not fun….and am quickly learning that my body hates coffee as much as my head loves it…..this past week was a week off, not sure if by choice, but will get back at it after watching the Boston Marathon on tv tomorrow morning….
