Workout Wednesday ~Hump Day~

Cheers to your midday workout!

Once Wednesday arrives, you may feel like you’re in a slump and may need a little pick me up. At least, I know I always do, so I think of something that will spice up my midweek routine. 

Usually, BikeBootcamps on my Peloton are the way to go, but today, I’m busting out my stepper, doing a 30-minute workout, and then a little Bachata.

I would love to know what you’re doing to push your way to the end of the work week!

Whatever you decide to do, remember any movement is good movement, and it should be done so you can live a longer, healthier life. With that in mind, don’t be this lady because she may think she is spicing up her routine but may end up with a few teeth knocked out and a couple of broken bones.
