Six Words Is All I GOT

Football; the world seems right again!

I would love to read your six words about how you feel about football season. Are you a football person?

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. ‘I’ve lost interest in pro sports’….I don’t know how or why, but I cannot watch an entire hockey, football or baseball game all the way through….Aaron Rogers has a lot to do with the NFL…GB was my team, his off field nonsense made them less so….I know that things like the Olympics have a lot of $$$ involved and politics, but things like that and the recent women’s soccer championships from the land down under were was more exciting..and even the afters, Spain’s team not standing for one man’s bullshit, now that’s politics I can stand up with…..I wish the NFL players had kept taking a knee…when the Cowboy’s owner join in, that was a great moment, and yeah…..no…..watching sprinters giving all they have for the glory of just racing, and then going back and giving a pat on the back at those that even finished last….whatever happened to players shaking hands at the end of a game?…..heck, last weeks world athletic championships from Hungry, a Canadian winning the 800 meter, an immigrant to this country, winning for his new home…it doesn’t get more inspiring then that……I may watch the super bowl, the stanley cup, the world series, but the hundreds of hours before…I’d rather go for a run

    1. I totally get it! There is a ton of politics involved with sports and the Aaron Hernandez case was quite damaging.
I don’t watch all the games but I do watch my fair share, I think what pulls me in is the fact that I can be lazy, eat, talk mad crap and justs be.
The women’s world cup was the best and man was I said when it was over. I wish we had did better but I still enjoyed myself.
