~Saturday Fit Tip~

The desire to quit is real!

But you need to be stronger than your desire to give up. The days you feel like throwing in the towel are the days you need to ask yourself, 

  • How much do I love myself
  • How much does the pain of exercising outweigh health concerns from not exercising
  • How much do I believe in myself

These are just a few questions I still ask myself on my tough days. Not every day will be easy, and that’s to be expected. In fact, if someone says they feel like working out every day, they are lying. 

This shit is hard, but it’s worth it!

The key to making working out easier is setting a time that you will commit to every day. Get your cardio and strength workout out of the way and go about your day. And also do exercises that are fun for you.

Every week I feel like I say, “ENJOY YOUR JOURNEY,” and every week, I mean just that.
Working out is a lifetime journey. Therefore you should have fun.

In fact, you should have so much that the thought of quitting pisses you off. Like, how dare I take away something that will not only make me hot but healthy and increase my chances of living a longer kick ass of life.
