Look after yourself Friday!
Today I will look after myself by allowing myself to eat what I like. You see, I often dream about food, and the next day, I get up and prepare whatever I dreamt. I thought this was a problem until I realized that making food is an art form for me. Presenting it is as crucial as ensuring the ingredients are well thought out.
I dream of waffles
Yes, you read that right! I dreamt of chicken and waffles, so I knew I had to have that for dinner on Thursday.
I look after myself by living out my dreams!

Depends on how you prepare your chicken and if you have gluten free waffles and skip the syrup. There are ways to have your favorite foods often if you wish.

that’s my mornings…my daughter, if we’re home together, I’m making waffles…I finally figured out to freeze the leftovers, and pop them in the toaster for her…..better than eggos…

I had a stack of 3 plate-size pancakes about a week ago. Hardly ever do that! So good. Your waffle dinner looks great.

I am looking after myself by going to get my hair washed and interlocked tomorrow and then a late lunch/early dinner with a writing friend of mine.
I’ve also purchased some lactose intolerant alternatives for dairy and 5 natural bars of soap, and a new super food clay mask for my face. I can’t wait for those items to arrive!
