That’s None Of Your Business

There are so many issues and concerns that are none of your business.

The way I see it is we only have one life to live, and like it or not, our time will one day come to an end. Therefore why would you waste an ounce of that LITTLE amount of time that you have here on this earth thinking about what someone thinks of you?

Their opinion isn’t important!

And their opinion isn’t valid when it’s based on a misconception that you aren’t.

I typically get along with everyone. Correction, I can tolerate anyone unless you constantly try to pull me away from my family. They come first, and I will kick you and your feelings to the curb so quickly.

How someone feels about me picking my family over them….. IS NONE OF MY BUSINESS.

One of my pet peeves, and yes, I have several, but the one that mounts to the top of my list are people who run and tell me what someone said about me. I could care less, and it’s NONE OF MY BUSINESS if they didn’t have the guts to share their feelings with me.

Way too often, we put stock into other people’s unwanted views of ourselves. Remember that they will pick the one thing they think they know about you and run with it. 

And it’s up to you to either;

  •   ignore it
  • or let it affect your day

When you’re trying to decide which path to take, ask yourself this;

  1. How much does this person matter to me?
  2. How well do they know me?
  3. Do I need or want this person in my life?

And then there’s the big one. Will I ever get this day back? 

Guess what, above all, the only answers that you come up with, the only one that matters is, YOU WILL NEVER GET TO REDO THIS DAY!

Life is so precious and extremely short. So with that in mind, focus on the things and people that make you say 

This; here IS MY BUSINESS!

    Spot on, Bella! And that’s what we all need to think about when certain others talk trash about us. In most cases, the talkers will be people who aren’t even on your level and that includes the messenger that came back and told you what they’re saying. Nine times out of ten, the messenger is only trying to get you angry and stir up drama. You go girl!

  2. I enjoyed this post. You have a lot of wisdom when you say what other people think of you is none of your business because it is all about them and their opinions. Haters will always hate. That is what they do.

    What people say or think does not matter and most of the time those people do not know what they are talking about.

    Life is too short to be wasted on idle things.
