Change is the only constant in life!
Our vision, goals, determination, friends, relationships, weight, discipline, and motivation will constantly change. One day you might feel on top of the world because you are getting the proper rest that you need to function. And then, the next week, you are scrambling to stay afloat.
Change happens, and we can’t avoid that.
But what we can do is prepare for it. Since we don’t know what tomorrow will bring, we must put all of our energy into today. This moment is ours!
Some mornings, I wake up feeling defeated. My body, mind, and spirit feel broken, and the only thing I desire to do is remain in my bed. But I get up, put on my big girl panties, and prepare myself to face the day.
We all owe it to ourselves to keep up the fight. Face change head-on and push quitting to the back of our minds when change seems too harsh to bear; know that you aren’t alone.
We’re all in this together, facing positive and negative change one day at a time!
