Do you need more time?

Your health is not just another item on your todo list; it’s the most important one!

Regular exercise is not just a means to achieve a specific body type; it’s a powerful tool for enhancing your well-being. It’s about feeling good and confident in your own skin. When you feel good about yourself, you’re more likely to lead a fulfilling life that brings you joy.

Regular exercise can be a game-changer. As you start feeling the joy of physical activity, you’ll notice a positive shift in your self-esteem. Your physical appearance will improve, and you’ll feel stronger and more capable. This newfound confidence will not only enhance your performance at work and in social situations but also within your household.

Are you feeling stressed out? You’re not alone.

Do you tire easily?

Do you find your mood swings are getting worse?

Are you feeling depressed?

Are you emotionally eating?

Do you want to meet people but feel like you aren’t good enough?

If you answered yes to any of these, then you, more than anyone, should run and put together an exercise plan that works for you. It’s the first step towards a transformative journey.

Once you begin tackling your health, you will elevate each one of them. For instance, when you exercise, your body will release endorphins, which will help improve your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

Dropping all the “Debby Downer” feelings will spark a newfound joy, and guess what? Positivity will replace all of it, and your world will stop looking so bleak —not to mention you will carry yourself with RESPECT!

The first thing I always ask my clients is, “Do you need more time?”

Time to think about whether you are ready to commit and put yourself at the top of your todo list. And before they answer, I remind them that it will never feel like the right time. So please say “NO, I DON’T NEED MORE TIME!

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. there’s a saying about cutting off the bottom of a blanket and then sewing that piece back onto the top of that blanket to make it longer…..that’s like asking for more time. we’ve got what we got, and now that I’m getting older and older it seems time goes by quicker…the blanket’s getting a lot shorter…
