Look After Yourself

Well, today is a great day to have a great day, so what are you going to do?

Are you going to choose to go into the weekend like a champ or a warrior?

Definitions

  1. Champion~ A person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition
  2. Warrior~ A person who is actively engaged in battle, conflict, or warfare; a soldier or combatant.

So, according to this definition, are you in conflict with something, or have you already defeated it, therefore living freely this weekend?

I know we are all going through something, but remember, we’re in this together. I hope you take the time to step outside, go for a walk, and enjoy being alive. 

I would love to read about your plans! Let’s share our weekend adventures and inspire each other.

As for me, I’ll be watching my daughter’s soccer game and then hitting the road to see my son play in his Spring Football game. So, yes, of course, by Saturday night, my voice will be out!

  8. I am rather at peace, no fighting for me. Walks and gardening will be my main actions and producing some good food. Today’s was already delicious 😉

    1. Thank you!!! I drank tons of hot tea afterwards. It was soooooooooo cold outside all weekend and my body could not stop shaking 😭😩😩 I’m so tired of being cold! But today the weather is looking up 🙌🏽
