  1. Excellent Belladonna. Good blog post and very good advice about the Frumpy Dumpy thing🙌💯

Also, I believe this feeling of being out of shape can come to anyone especially to us young people who are feeling the pressure of achieving goals. It is key that we focus on God and we trust in him because no matter how bad things are, he shows us the way for he is a God of mercy. Plus, not all days are the same, we feel good today, we feel terrible tomorrow because life is a rollercoaster🙏

      1. LOLOLOL Whenever I see Bobby I think of him on this rehab reality show and he snuck out and was guzzling beer and eating chicken like it was going out of style. I laughed so hard at that man, he looked ridiculous.

  4. Such an encouraging post, Bella! I know all about frumpy dumpy from some years ago, when I felt depressed because of work, and an evil circle started. When I look at photos from that time, I can’t believe I did that to me! But my real journey towards improvement only started 3 years ago. I have a good fitness and Yoga programme now, and I am down from 96 kg (yes, you read correctly) during the worst time to 78 now, with 8 more to go. The weight loss slowed down a bit, but that is o.k. And I am better now in accepting that I will never be or look perfect 😉 ❤

I love the Lady in her dressing gown spread over the sofa, could be me, she looks very content. And the karate minion … 😀

  5. Giiiirrrrrlll!!! I’m back! I had some creep stalking me online and had to make a whole new blog. Dang trolls! lol. I love this post. I’ve been Frumpy dumby for a while now and need to get back on my A-game!!! It’s been a roller coaster ride since my oldest passed. And – it doesn’t help that I’ve been on track for a few weeks now and Starbucks is coming out with their holiday menu soon. ha.
I need to eat better, have a better mentality, and just be more positive about things. Love this post!

    1. What????!!! this is so much to unpack. Are you okay? I’m so sorry about your oldest, my prayers go out to you and your family.

Starbucks and that Fall menu is the best!! You’ll get it together when your heart is feeling it until then do you!

      1. My oldest passed is in 2021. I’ve just been trying to work on myself, and writing was one my passions. I did it a lot to help with grief and just to have fun here blogging – and then a month ago – here came my weirdest, creepiest troll on WP and freaked me out enough to leave. lol. But everything is good. I haven’t heard from him said dude in a while and I decided screw that – writing is what I love – I’m coming back! 🙂
        Thank you though!

Starbucks and fall / Christmas menus are the best unless you’re like me – trying to be healthier and lose weight lmao
And I’ll eventually get back to the old me before my oldest passed.
This weather is helping though. I love Autumn weather.

        Have a great day!

      2. Sending you hugs!!!!! Girl my heart breaks for you, I’m so sorry. I will keep you in my prayers.
About two years ago I had this jerk trolling me on here and I sent all his messages to the police and I told him if you are lookign to stlak someone then you found the right one because I will make your life a living hell, so bring all you got! He went away and never heard from him again. I told him he had little D energy and that’s why he’s trolling women. LOLOLOL
Next time that happens get me involved and we will expose him.

      3. Thank you so much! It’s been tough, but I’m always laughing about some of the funniest memories my kiddo left behind. That’s what gets myself and my other kids through.

As for the trolls – I am so sorry that you went through the same thing. This one was my first and it was creepy, so I can only imagine how you felt. I too – made a report, and the cop was able to pull his I.P. and tell me where he is located. Once I mentioned his city and state to him – I no longer heard from him again, thankfully – but three days of hell – he wouldn’t leave me alone.
I’m glad you stood up to yours, and if I come across this goofy again who harassed me for days – I will totally let you have your fun with him. LOL

Little D energy is hilarious! I may have to use that in the future. haha.

        Have a great night! 🙂

And thank you for your kind words.

        Have a blessed day!
