How To Make; “Better Than Sex Healthy Shake”
You’ll need;
4-5 fresh strawberries
1 banana
1 tbs peanut butter
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
3-4 ice cubes
1 cup of plant-based milk
A quick splash of water
Blend and enjoy!

I love smoothies but don’t eat bananas anymore (being 75% keto) however, avocado can replace the banana! You never taste it, trust me!

I made this yesterday with wild stawberries that for one or the other reason grow in my garden. As expected, the peanutbutter twist was great! Even my husband loved it 😉
