Breathe

Sometimes, that’s enough!

If all you did today was breathe, then you did enough. Our plates are so full, and most of them overflowing with things we need and want to complete.

In the midst of trying to do all things, we forget to take a moment and JUST BREATHE. Inhale everything positive around us and exhale all of our negative thoughts, worries, and frustrations.

On a daily basis, we have to stop and inhale all of the glory that we have surrounding us. It’s here for us to acknowledge and appreciate.

  1. you’re right!…..sometimes it’s okay to sit back and breath, reflect….and yep, did some of that today….and reflected on yesterday, I had a stack of chairs fall on me as we were taking down after a run, yep, cut the back of one hand, a couple of scrapes….then today, oh yeah sore shoulders and a bump on my head, they hit more then my hands….just, well I’m a guy, just didn’t notice…..so, rest and enjoy

  3. It’s amazing how the version of ourselves that we present to the world after taking a deliberate break is truly remarkable. Taking a pause, hitting the restart button, or resetting yourself is something you owe to yourself. It’s important for your well-being.
