We are halfway there; some may feel like you are in a slump!

If you feel like this, then this is your morning reminder to get your butt up and do something that challenges you and puts a smile on your face.

  1. Well, I don’t know about a workout, but we are up in Ohio, and finally met our granddaughter in person! I’ll be blogging about it in a bit and our previous visit with Dave’s old marine buddy and his wife. We had the best time with them!

  3. i went for a walk, picked apples, pulled weeds in the garden, read a book cover-to-cover, and cured world hunger (just kidding about the world hunger part!). 🙂
