Everything or Nothing At All

Have you ever had one of those days where everything is bothering you? But then you take a closer look and realize that it’s nothing at all.


Now let me tell you I am someone that is so freaking emotional, and because of that, my feelings get hurt SO quickly! I’m not too fond of that about me. However, I have learned to isolate myself from folks rather promptly over a lifetime of disappointments.


I mean, think about it. Why should you allow someone to keep disappointing you?
Why would you keep leaving your door unlocked when you live in a bad neighborhood? You know doggone well you’re going to get robbed.

Well, that’s how I view my heart.
Sorry, NOT sorry!


Keep that inconsistent behavior to yourself. Well, they are consistent, inconsistent. Every time you leave that door unlocked here, they come to steal, kill and destroy your mood. They are adding to your already stressed-out life. Then when other things start to pile up, you automatically make issues more prominent than they are.

So here’s how I see it. One day we will all go home to meet our maker. At least, I hope that’s where I’m going. But, unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll do too well with my body in constant flames. Which reminds me, I need to do a few acts of kindness this weekend.

Anyways…… here’s how I see it. I will spend these days that I have left on this earth surrounded by the people who treat me like I MATTER. You give me all your love, and I’ll give you all my mine or nothing at all!
