~Six-Word Story~

The world is waiting for you!

The inspiration behind my six-word story is my son! He’s 19 and blessed with good health, athletic ability, intelligence, God-fearing, handsome as all get out, and options that some will only dream of having.

But he’s 19 and second-guesses himself all the time, wondering if he’s making the right decision or if another option would suit him. And as a parent, the three things I can offer him are my truth, my constant never-ending support as long as there is breath in my body, and feeding him the word of God.

My prayer is when he feels he can’t lean on anybody, he can lean on God’s word, forever and a day.

We all have a purpose

We all have choices, and it’s our responsibility to ensure we are well-informed before we leap!

Being uninformed can cause you to hesitate about what you’re supposed to do with your life. Likewise, being in a hostile or antagonistic environment can lead you to second-guess yourself and cause you to wonder if you have what it takes to make that leap.

I like to believe we all have a purpose in this life. We are all meant to be here!

We have to surround ourselves with people who desire more out of life—setting ourselves up with big thinkers who believe in the impossible. And no matter how many bumps in the road they face, they will keep going and not stop until they make the impossible possible.

The more time we waste on second-guessing ourselves or allowing intrusive thoughts to creep in, the more we make the world wait.

Children, teenagers, adults, men, and women are waiting on YOU to do the impossible. 

Your achievements and your journey will awaken their purpose and set a fire in them that will lead to them opening up more impossible doors. 

No matter how insignificant you may feel at this very moment, know there is a reason for your life. 

You are important, and the world is waiting for you.

  15. Your kids are incredibly lucky to have someone like you to love, guide, and validate them. I can’t wait to see how they change our world. I love that picture, it says it all. Hugs my friend, C

    1. Thank you Cheryl! As you know being a mom its hard but w ear strong so there’s that! LOL
