I always give my kids messages; they’re always positive and uplifting, and it gives them something to think over.
This week I have stressed that you should always give 100% towards anything you want and believe in. If you want something badly enough, then you will outwork your component to get it.
I would love to hear what you tell yourself and others to motivate them.
